An 18,000 Square Foot Retail Center is now complete with 10 retail shops and 10 loft condos now ready for sale. The specialty shops offer sale or lease options. Two unique businesses are now making preparations to open soon. The Accent Mark, a fine gift shop with over 25 years in Cleveland, will move its shop into Spring Creek Boulevard, along with Guppies, an infant to toddler boutique. Several other businesses will be announced in the near future as soon as details are finalized. Phase II of Market Place on Spring Creek Boulevard begins in coming weeks… |
