Builders Drew Morrow and Steve Bullins have begun the Phase I of the residential area on Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, 30 and 36. Listed below are the Home Floor Plan Styles. Lots 9 and 11 feature the Whispering Pine Home, a 2140 square foot structure, one with terrace level and another with a second floor level. Whispering Pine is a home with gracious front porch and unprecedented level of efficient. Lot 10 will feature the Ella's Retreat with 2100 square feet. Lot 12 features Charlotte's Folley with 2481 square feet and Lot 30 will also feature another version of Ella's Retreat. Lot 36 will feature the Esplande', a beautiful home on a picturesque circle.
