Spring Creek Makes History with Cleveland's First Ever Round

Cleveland Tennessee's first roundabout is part of the traffic
design of the new Spring Creek Development off 25th/APD 40.
A circular stone wall is now complete and landscaping will begin
in coordination with installation of streets, curbs, and
sidewalks. Once complete, the roundabout is proposed to have a
large town clock in the center of its circle. The roundabout
will direct visitors into the four areas of Spring Creek, the
retail town center, the business park, the residential commons
and the cottage/highlands.
